  • Great Costume Great Service


    I had a Christmas party to attend to and needed a costume ASAP. I checked out buycostumes.com and had a hard time deciding what costume to pick - they are all so good! I finally decided to go with "Batgirl" and I am so glad I did. The components that make up the costume are fantastic - great quality and you get a lot of stuff for your money! I'm 5'5" and 121lbs. I went with the small size. It fit beautifully. I decided to wear black tights instead of the bare or skin coloured stockings as depicted on the model. A pair of shorts were also required as the length of the dress is quiet short. It was a fun and comfortable costume to wear and I recieved a lot of compliments. The service I recieved from buycostumes.com was outstanding! I ordered the Batgirl costume on a Wednesday and it arrived at my door (in Australia) on the Monday morning. I'll be buying all of my costumes from buycostumes.com from now on.

    We teamed-up as batman & batgirl, and the costumes were fantastic! There was no mistaking who we were, and to add to the fun, another person showed-up as The Joker! The dress was short, so I wore black leggings with knee-high boots and felt great. We ordered on Wednesday morning, and the costumes arrived Monday - great service! We highly recommend the costumes

  • Loved It!


    I was a little worried for how short the skirt was as I am 5'8" tall. I ended up buying a medium and had to have a friend take it in for me. I am tall but have a small frame. Keep in mind when deciding on a size that this material is very strethcy. If you want it to be snug to you I would recommend getting a smaller size but if you are okay with it being lose than your regular size would work great. I bought a pair of volleyball shorts to wear underneath to make myself feel comfortable about bending over in the costume. If not I would have worn leggings with it and it would have worked perfect. All in all this costume was great! Definitely a great purchase.

  • Costume was great


    The costume hands down was one of the best that I have purchased! The quality was good, fit very well, but the only complaint would be the mask. The mask has a very short piece of velcro that keeps it around your head. After I had only taken the mask off 3 times the velcro would no longer work which the mask kinda makes the outfit complete. Overall a great purchase just wish I would have had something to keep my mask on the entire evening.

    Overall it was a fun and sexy costume, I got a lot of compliments with it. The sizes run really big so order smaller than you usually would. I likes how the bootcovers had spandex in them and stayed up well too.

    looooove this costume! only complaint would be that the dress was a bit too short (you need to wear shorts underneath unless you've bought it for performing in a strip club haha) and the dress was also very baggy for a size small...but i stitched the sides and it fit perfectly :) very good value as you don't need to buy any extras to complete it!

    I loved wearing this costume! I am a VERY particular person, and this totally was up to my standards. The only issue I had was the boot covers sliding down, but they loooked fine at my knees. I usually fit a s-m in tops, and a 10-12 in bottoms, the medium was so slighty big. Reading all the reviews, I bought a different mask before to costume arrived to be prepared to not wear the one it came with. I ended up wearing the one provided, not bad at all! Comfy, and looked great. I recommend this costume to anyone considering it, you won`t regret it!

    I ordered this costume in a medium, it did state on the order that it was made large and the medium was kinda big, but i was able to take it in. Otherwise the costume is great and i get to say i could have bought a small which makes every woman feel great
